Ron Krit is the founder and CEO of Krit Consulting, bringing over two decades of experience in nonprofit development and philanthropy. Prior to establishing his firm, Ron served as the National Director of Life & Legacy at the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, where he played a pivotal role in securing $1.5 billion in endowment commitments across 73 communities. He also spent 15 years at the Jewish United Fund in Chicago as Associate Vice President of Endowment Development, contributing to the growth of a $2 billion endowment. Ron's diverse background includes roles in management consulting, marketing, and training across various industries. He is also an entrepreneur, having managed a wellness company for over 20 years, and is an author of multiple novels. Ron resides in the Chicago suburbs with his family.
