Rae Ringel is the founder and president of the Ringel Group, bringing extensive experience in leadership development, facilitation, and executive coaching. She serves on the faculty at the Georgetown University Institute for Transformational Leadership and is the founding director of their certificate program in the Art of Facilitation and Design. Rae is also an adjunct faculty member at the UVA Darden School of Business and a frequent contributor to the Harvard Business Review. Her work focuses on helping leaders and organizations navigate change, enhance communication, and achieve their goals through tailored strategies and interventions.
